Please join us for an overview of the development platform on Office 365 and hands-on coding and learning of some Microsoft Office 365 services.

During this workshop, we take you on a journey by building a Todo Mobile Application. We do this by introducing some of the Office 365 Developers Platform services. We start by introducing SharePoint as our backend services, secured API and data storage. We show how to build a SharePoint app using the browser and Visual Studio. We also take a look at PowerShell scripting which is used to handle our DevOps workloads like deployment and configuration.

An Introduction to DAX exposes attendees with little or no experience with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to its concepts and uses, by focusing on the use of the DAX language in Power BI. Most importantly, the concepts presented and the majority of the materials covered are also applicable to SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) tabular model and Power Pivot in Excel.
