This will be a hybrid in-person meetup with Zoom accesiblity, at NSU's College of Engineering and Computing, Carl DeSantis Bldg, Room 1133, Ground Floor.

Brandon Austin, Pre-Sales Engineer at SUSE, will recap some of the key points of SUSECON 2022, held earlier this month.

Topics include:

  • What is new in the latest releases of SLES and OpenSUSE, and what is their direction going forward.
  • Open source projects where SUSE is developing or assisting.
  • Container management at scale, from the desktop to the cloud and to the edge.
  • Where to go to get your hands on much of this technology and how to get started or improve your skills.

Pizza and soda will be provided.

  • 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM - Pizza and social
  • 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM - Presentation
