Bangkok-based hotel chain unifies data to personalize guest experiences with Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS and Simphony POS
ONYX Hospitality Group has selected Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management (PMS) and Oracle MICROS Simphony Cloud Point-of-Sale (POS) to streamline operations for its current properties and support the company's continued growth.
The group currently owns and operates more than 40 hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments across Thailand, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Maldives, Bangladesh, and Laos. It aims to operate more than 50 properties by 2025, with an even more ambitious target of 70 by 2028.
