Importantly, the report shows that 81 per cent of organisations are increasing their investment in artificial intelligence (AI) to improve IT operations, reflecting a growing urgency among leaders to modernise infrastructure, remove inefficiencies, and deliver better business outcomes.
Among the most pressing obstacles identified were lack of solution integration, insufficient automation, and implementation complexity, all of which prevent IT teams from operating proactively and strategically.
